From the initial brainstorming or briefing on, Sabine Schneider will be your one and only contact person. She will advise you taking your ideas and requests relating to your event into account, develop a customized concept and manage the entire organization – from finding the location or proposing performers to planning and conducting the event, including handling the participants, event technology, decoration, stage construction and design as well as logistics and catering. This will be supported by detailed schedules and cost overviews for your event, drawings and layouts. Coordinating and directing all service providers involved on location are an integral part of AVEK’s service offer, as are the conception and implementation of follow-up action.
