From 2002 through 2004, this company’s press conferences were organized under Sabine Schneider’s direction in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. She coordinated all activities involved during the project phase and, together with her team, was in charge of on-site supervising, including the technical event support, such as simultaneous interpreting, internet live streaming as well as press center services. Further projects are in the planning stage.
Ticona, a subsidiary of Celanese and international manufacturer of technical polymers, is also one of AVEK’s clients. Previously located at Kelsterbach, Germany, the plant moved to its new site at Industrial Park Höchst in 2011. The inauguration ceremony with the subsequent staff event was a challenge and an attraction for AVEK, because it had to provide the handling of participants, an interface with Infraserv, the park operator, placing of orders, coordinating all works required as well the entire logistics for set-up and dismantling.
